Die Wohnung misst 80 qm und liegt in bester Lage. Es handelt sich um ein Neubau mit einem riesigen Balkon und einem gemeinsam nutzbaren Innenhof. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Hochpattere und bietet trotz Stadtnähe ein idyllisches Ambiente und liegt nur wenige Schritte des Hafenkanals. Auch die U-bahn Station ist nur wenige Schritte vom Gebäudeeingang entfernt. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und ein Kleiderzimmer. Die Miete beträgt 2300€ monatlich.
