Hey! Im signing my apartment in Hamburg, in the beautiful neighborhood of Othmarschen, while Im away this summer. I am looking for someone kind and responsible to enjoy the space from June 15th to September 30th. The apartment is 75 m2, furnished and has: - One bedroom, living room and dining room - Two separate work rooms - Two bathrooms - A spacious balcony with lots of greenery - Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and all the essentials Perfect for one person or a couple. Pets are welcome! The rent is €1450/month cold, plus €200/month for utilities (electricity, heating, internet, water). The deposit is €800, ideally we are looking for someone to stay for the full period. If you are interested, we can set up a video call or a personal visit and show you the place.
