Nice apartment in the MAIN, ideal for 2 couples or families. It is in a quiet area of this famous neigh borhood, on street Mittelweg 40-60where there are artisanal shoe shops, and leather work. The apartment has a separate 1 bedroom, with double bed and wardrobe, and another room next to the living room, also with 1 double bed and wardrobe. We deliver bedding according to the number of guests (sheets, blankets, etc.). In the living room, you can enjoy the afternoons lounging on your couch, watching TV, with air conditioning, or heating. The dining room is very spacious, with a large table and is separate from the living room. The kitchen is equipped: coffee maker, oven, toaster, microwave, juicer, fridge. Full bathroom with hairdryer, towels for each guest and washing machine. We give you bedding and towels. The floor has a hairdryer, iron and washing machine. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE ON the 4th FLOOR.(REAL), but dont worry, theres a small elevator. * City Tax is not included in the price. These are 5.5€ per person, per night. * LATE CHECK IN IS POSSIBLE BUT WITH A SURCHARGE OF 25€ AFTER 8 PM AND 40€ AFTER 11 PM. ** Late check-out can be available with an extra price on demand
