The heating and WiFi are excellent, and everything is in brand-new condition. It’s ideal for one person, and the building also offers shared spaces like a study room, gaming room, lounge, gym, and a terrace — perfect for meeting people, especially if youre new in town. It also includes a community kitchen. The location is super convenient: less than 5 minutes to Holstenstraße (bus & S-Bahn), with a Rewe and a dm right next door, and a pharmacy less than 3 minutes away.
